We engage and involve young people in structured training and mentorship programs, tailored to develop their career, creativity and character virtues and values..

Guidance & Counselling

The School of Purpose season 1

Our school of purpose trainings happen during school holidays. The first episode of the school of purpose training happened in 2023.
The School of Purpose season 2

The second season was held early 2024 and it was a great success.
The School of Purpose season 3

Our school of purpose trainings happen during school holidays. The third edition happened on December,2024 having over 100 young people in attendance.
The School of Purpose season 4

Our school of purpose training forth edition happened on April 2025 with many young people learning and being empowered for a better future. SEASON 5 IS COMMING SOON.
Mukaa School

We did leadership training , guidance and counselling as well as motivational speaking to the learners at Mukaa boys.
Braeburn School

We conducted a succesful session with the breabun school learners .

About Us

We are a training and mentorship facilitation agency, operating under Making Life Alive International, corporate training agency. Our key focus is Upscaling and Equipping teenagers and the Youth with life, academic, business and career skills. We Upscale and Equip young people with skills, that exposes them to awareness of their nature, potential, and opportunities at school, in the market, and in society. Our goal is serving young people with resources and experiences, in forums that grow their resourcefulness to capacities that give them a competitive edge in business, in leadership, and education pursuit. We engage young people in the age bracket of 13 years to 28 years.

Our Story

Our journey of training and mentoring young people began back in January 2022, when we held our first program titled “The School of Purpose Student's Seminar” in Nairobi. The seminar saw attendance of 60 young people from Nairobi Eastlands region. Since then, the Student's Seminar has attracted exponential growth, and during April, August and December Holidays, up to 300 young people participate in the training and mentorship programs. The most recent program happened August 2025. Our three years’ experience, has given us opportunity to partner with parents, schools, churches, and youth development centers, in the mission of understanding young people challenges and offering most befitting solutions.
